Food Value Trust

Decentralized Commodity Exchange

Honey-backed peer-to-peer exchange for agricultural producers. Sovereign trade without fiat middlemen, built on trust structures and coherence-measured quality.

Phase 1

Legal Foundation

Establish 98 Trust (foreign trust) + UNA (Unincorporated Nonprofit Association) legal framework. Private association structure with no state filing requirements. Formation of the umbrella trust entity.

Trust structures →
Phase 2

Commodity Standard

Define honey as unit of account with grading system. Establish quality metrics via coherence scoring. Set baseline exchange ratios for agricultural commodities against honey weight.

Honey commodity system →
Phase 3

Exchange Mechanism

Build the digital ledger for tracking exchanges. Sovereign digital twins for producers. Merkle-proof transaction records without the overhead of a full blockchain.

Exchange architecture →
Phase 4

Federation & Scale

Regional UNA nodes federate into a network. Additional commodities join the exchange. Cross-regional trade with coherence-arbitrated exchange rates. Protocol standardization.

Magnus, Volkmar & Jthor

This project is being planned collaboratively. The food value trust concept combines sovereign legal structures, real commodity backing, and coherence-based quality measurement to create a genuine alternative to fiat-denominated agricultural markets.

Magnus: Honey economy concept, producer relationships, Texas sourcing.

Volkmar: Governance stack architecture, cost research, legal entity structuring (PMA/Trust/HoldCo/LandCo/OpCo).

Jthor: Technical build (ledger, dashboard, quality system), research infrastructure, D.72 coherence integration.

Current status: Phase 1 research and planning. Governance stack defined, cost analysis complete, trust formation in progress.
