The government held in abeyance

The original federal government has been "held in abeyance" since 1868, warehoused by British/Scottish sympathizers in the Territorial Congress. One-third of the Federal Government is "missing." Reconstruction, begun in 1865, was never completed — the 50 State Assemblies exist to finish it.

The substitution of the States

After the Civil War the original "States of States" (e.g. "The State of Texas") were covertly replaced by British Territorial entities (e.g. "the State of Texas"). The "The/the" distinction is treated as legally operative.

Land vs. sea jurisdiction & your political status

Two parallel systems exist — land/soil (living people, common law) and sea/admiralty (corporations, the current courts). Most Americans have been "misidentified" as Federal Citizens instead of American State Nationals, and the two statuses are mutually exclusive.

The Assembly populates each county with a "Soil Jurisdiction Sheriff" — prioritizing counties within 100 air miles of international borders — and claims to fill "vacant Public Offices" dormant since the Civil War, citing the federal "100-mile Constitution-Free Zone."
