Methodology

How these profiles were constructed

Trait scores (aggression, consistency, wet ability, tire management, qualifying, racecraft) combine observed race data with qualitative assessment. Quantitative inputs include grid-to-finish deltas, position change frequency, consistency metrics (standard deviation of finishing positions), wet-weather performance differentials, tire degradation curves, and qualifying vs. teammate gaps.

Big Five personality dimensions (OCEAN) are interpretive assessments based on publicly observable behavior: press conference demeanor, team radio transcripts, documented teammate relationships, career trajectory decisions, and interview content. These are not clinically assessed — they represent an informed interpretation, not a psychometric measurement.

Archetypes are editorial shorthand designed to capture the essence of each driver's competitive identity. They combine driving style, personality, and career narrative into a single memorable label.

All profiles should be read as analytical interpretations, not definitive psychological evaluations. The data is filtered through 5 races of the 2026 season with historical context from prior seasons where applicable.
